Acoustic Manner makes a showing at the Lincoln Theater in Raleigh and does us proud. The band is made up of: Shawn Chase – Mandolin, Vocals Walter Hensey- Bass Guitar David Kleiss – Guitar, Vocals Hank Smith – Banjo, Vocals Lindsey Tims – Fiddle, Vocals. They opened the Lincoln to a pretty good crowd on Friday November 26th with their acoustic Bluegrass, Americana sound. The set list included The Ride, Airplane, Someday, Midnight Blues, NC Sunrise, Meet me in the Morning, Heard the Sound, Nervous Breakdown, I ain’t Broke, Little Man, and Free Born.  I have been a fan of Acoustic Manner for a while now and with the addition of Lindsey Tims on fiddle they have expanded on what was already a great down home sound. As always Hank Smith was murder on the banjo strings. Shaun Chase sang lead on several songs along with his mandolin playing and blew me away with I ain’t Broke. Walter Hensley was playing an electric stand up bass and did a fine job. What can I say about front man David Kliess, he as always was right on time. Each of these individuals are extremely talented musicians and put together Acoustic Manner is more than a sum of its parts.  Awesome work my friends.
